Joe is an aircraft mechanic serving with AIM AIR, the aviation branch of AIM. AIM AIR provides logistical and transport support in East Africa, to AIM missionaries and other like minded organizations, who are striving towards a similar goal as AIM which is “Christ center churches among all African people with a priority for the un-reached.”

Esther’s responsibilities include homeschooling four kids and providing administrative oversight for multiple services that the Nairobi team provide to missionaries visiting the big city. One of her key support areas is transitional housing, which is a “home away from home” as missionaries come to the city to take care of paperwork, immigration issues, rest and relaxation, and resupply before heading back out into the bush.
